How can I reset my Investor Portal account password?

Learn how to reset your password for your Investor Portal account.

There are two common reasons why you may need to change your password:

  1. Forgotten Password - you have forgotten your login details and cannot access your account on the Investor Portal
  2. Resetting Password - you know your login details and can access your account on the Investor Portal but want to reset your password for future logins. 

Find instructions for both situations below.

 


 

1) You have forgotten your login details and cannot access your account on the Investor Portal

 

If you have forgotten your login details, select 'Forgot your password?' as below:

You will then be directed to a new page asking for you to input the email address associated to your Investor Portal account. 

Shortly after, you will be sent an email from portal@icehouseventures.co.nz asking you to confirm your new password. Click the 'Confirm Password' button. 

Once clicking the 'Confirm Password' button, you will be redirected to the page below asking you to set and confirm your new password. Once you've populated all the boxes, click the 'Create new password' button to save your selection. 

You should now be able to login to the Investor Portal using your new password. 

 


 

2) You know your login details and can access your account on the Investor Portal but want to reset your password for future logins. 

 

Login to your account as normal on the Investor Portal. Navigate to 'Settings' on the left sidebar and select 'Reset' next to where your password is stored. 

Once you press 'Reset' you will receive a confirmation notification that a reset link has been sent to your email address. Note that to maintain your account security, your password can only be changed by sending a request to your previously selected login email address.

You will then be sent an email that looks like the below. Click the 'Confirm Password' button to direct you to the page where you can reset your password. 

Select and confirm your new password and then once you're done, click the 'Create new password' button to save your selection. 

You should now be able to login to the Investor Portal using your new password.
