What qualities are we looking for in a fellow?

We assess fellowship candidates the same way we assess the earliest-stage founders we back, because the qualities that build great companies can show up long before a business idea does.

We’re looking for someone who questions why things are the way they are and if there’s a better way. This means looking for qualities such as passion, ambition, a bias towards action, creativity, curiosity, resilience, and grit.
